Is your "teenage" dog suddenly forgetting their manners? Whether you are struggling with a distracted wanderer on Druridge Bay or a lead-puller in Amble or Morpeth then our Lifeskills Classes are for you!
At College 4 Canines we specialize in Adult Dog Training Life Skills Classes at Acklington Village Hall. Unlike our Puppy Classes, our adult classes are designed to focus on real-world challenges to help you and your dog regain confidence.
We are the ONLY classes in Northumberland which help transition the training to walks by including group social walks!
Work through our Bronze to Silver & Gold which both include two group social walks at Amble Links Beach & Amble Market.
We don't just teach "sit" and "stay." Our classes focus on real-world challenges faced by dog owners in rural and coastal Northumberland.
Mastering Recall: Stop the stress of beach walks. We specialize in dog recall training for Druridge Bay and coastal environments, ensuring your dog comes back every time, even when seagulls or other dogs are nearby.
Loose Lead Walking: Fed up with being pulled toward every patch of grass? Our loose lead walking training help you enjoy a peaceful stroll through Amble, Hadston or Warkworth without the arm-ache.
Rural Reliability: Living in the Coquet Valley means livestock and wildlife are everywhere. We provide impulsivity training and techniques to manage high prey drive in the Northumberland countryside.
Calmness in Public: We help your adult dog settle at local cafes or busy areas like Amble Links Beach & Amble Market, moving beyond basic obedience into true life skills for adult dogs.
