Service Description

Silver Lifeskills Classes gradually increase in difficulty and introduce working around distractions to ensure your dog is prepared for real-life situations. By the end of the program, your dog will be able to confidently go on an on-lead group social walk. At the end of the 8 weeks your dog will be able to During the silver Lifeskills we cover; - offlead heel past distractions - recall away from other dogs - recall past distractions - offlead control - distance control - stay with distance - how to control arousal levels - rejoin the handler (where dogs recall to your side and continue walking by your side off lead) PLUS On the last two weeks the dogs will go on an onlead group social walk in a public park where the dogs can put the training in practise (location will be confirmed closer to the time but will be local to the club)

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel the Program within 14 days after booking your package, in which case the package fee will be refunded, provided your first appointment isn’t within 7 days of the cancellation. If you cancel the program after 14 days of booking or within 7 days of your first consultation, you will forfeit the cost of the first consultation in full as advertised on our website at the time without any package discount. You may request a change in appointment dates or times prior to 7 days of the appointment, if the appointment is canceled within 7 days, no replacement appointment or refund will be offered. After the first 14 days of signing up to a package, any refund requests received will be calculated based on the full cost of the sessions already used without package discount (inc package specific discount codes) and a refund of any sessions, not within 7 days will be refunded.
