Our Perfect Puppy Classes cover everything you and your puppy need to know to maximise success in training and to build a solid foundation before your pup hits adolescence. In the perfect puppy classes we cover: - Building motivation and focus - Dog Body Language - Sit, and down - Leave (perfect for young pups when they start exploring) - Settle (one of the most important things to teach a puppy) - Loose lead walking - Recall - Mental stimulation and problem solving - How to greet other people - How to greet other dogs PLUS: We cover: - Teething and appropriate chews - Jumping up - Housetraining - How to prepare them for adolescence You also get a puppy pack to take home that covers everything you need to know to make your puppy into the perfect puppy and a bag of treats.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel the Program within 14 days after booking your package, in which case the package fee will be refunded, provided your first appointment isn’t within 7 days of the cancellation. If you cancel the program after 14 days of booking or within 7 days of your first consultation, you will forfeit the cost of the first consultation in full as advertised on our website at the time without any package discount. You may request a change in appointment dates or times prior to 7 days of the appointment, if the appointment is canceled within 7 days, no replacement appointment or refund will be offered. After the first 14 days of signing up to a package, any refund requests received will be calculated based on the full cost of the sessions already used without package discount (inc package specific discount codes) and a refund of any sessions, not within 7 days will be refunded.
