Cancellation Policy

Client Responsibility By working with College 4 Canines you agree - To fully engage with the process of working with your dog to the best of your ability and understand that any changes will involve commitment and consistency To understand there is no 'quick fix' when working with behavioural issues Not to use aversive tools (slip leads, choke chains, anti-pull harnesses, spray collars, prong collars, e-collars, rattle cans, water sprays etc) while undertaking training Not to seek advice from another trainer or behaviour consultant for the same issue whilst you are working with College 4 Canines. Be open and honest in providing information Ask for clarification if anything which is explained in unclear To be polite to fellow peers and to support other class attendees Have an open mind with regard to potential solutions, changes and strategies Please note that by booking you are agreeing to the following: You may cancel the Program within 14 days of the course start date, in which case the package fee will be refunded, provided your first appointment isn’t within 7 days of the cancellation. If you cancel the program after 14 days of booking or within 7 days of your first consultation, you will forfeit the cost of the first consultation in full as advertised on our website at the time without any package discount. College 4 Canines reserves the right to cancel an appointment. Any appointment cancelled by College 4 Canines will be rescheduled for a later date. No refunds will be given for any missed group classes. Missed group classes may not be taken at a later date. After the first 14 days of signing up to a package, any refund requests received will be calculated based on the full cost of the sessions already used without package discount (inc package specific discount codes) and a refund of the remaining weeks will be provided Consultations will not be cancelled due to inclement weather. Please dress appropriately for the weather conditions we are in a secure field and wear appropriate footwear. In extreme weather conditions College 4 Canines may cancel your session (even at short notice) if travel is unsafe. If this occurs your session will be rescheduled.
