  • Behavioural Training

Is your furry friend exhibiting some behavioural issues that are causing you concern? College 4 Canines is here to help with our expert behavioural training services. Our consultations are available for dogs with behavioural problems ranging from ‘bad manners’ to complex issues such as aggression, separation anxiety, resource guarding, hyperactivity, excessive barking, and abnormal behaviour. Our experienced dog behaviourist can help you understand the motivations and underlying emotions behind your dog’s behaviour to develop a personalized training plan to help them overcome their issues. We also help the human side of the lead by providing support, setting new routines and setting achievable goals. Let us help you and your dog live a happier and more harmonious life together. The initial consultation lasts between 60-90 minutes, this is so that we can observe the dogs behaviour and their interactions with the family, and to determine the reason behind the dogs behaviour. It is advised that all family members that are involved with the dog are present for the initial consultation. You will then be provided with a full personalised report with everything that was covered. The behaviourist will then send weekly check ins on your dogs progress, these will be used for ongoing training. The Behavioural training package comes as either Bronze - 3 x 1 hour sessions, Silver - 6 x 1 hour sessions, or Gold - 12 x 1 hour sessions Did you know that some insurance providers do pay towards behavioural training costs, luckily our behaviourist holds a degree so this is an option ;)
